What is sound therapy?

Sound therapy works with energy patterns in our “energy anatomy”.  Our energy anatomy is where we store our life experiences, and often negative experiences in our lives block the free flow of energy through our energy anatomy.  Sound therapy helps to stimulate our energy flow through our bodies and our “chakra systems” and prepares an individual for healing. 

Sound therapy is administered through the use of simple instruments called Solfeggio tuning forks.  These tuning forks are based on the teachings of SomaEnergetics science and medicine. The resonant tones of these instruments can be used for healing. Like adjusting a piano, your body can be tuned to achieve optional physical balance.
